ENGINE
Cuore Italiano: The new 460cc DOHC single-cylinder engine by Fantic Motor, entirely designed, developed, and assembled in Italy at Motori Minarelli, is a true concentration of technology and performance. With a compact design and a weight of under 40 kg, this E5+ engine combines lightness and efficiency. The double overhead camshaft distribution with finger followers ensures a sharp and punchy response across all rev ranges, combining the typical torque of a single-cylinder with sporty power — at the top of the A2 license category. The forged piston, derived from racing technology, allows for high revs, while the compact cylinder head optimizes vehicle balance, offering an ideal layout for precise and stable handling, especially around the fuel tank area.
Slipper Clutch: The innovative slipper clutch improves safety and riding comfort by reducing the effort required on the lever, providing a smoother and lighter operation. This system prevents the rear wheel from locking during downshifts, ensuring greater control and stability — even in sporty riding conditions or on challenging terrain. A technology designed to maximize the riding experience and vehicle performance.
Ride by Wire: Thanks to the Ride by Wire system, electronic engine management offers precise and responsive throttle control, ensuring optimal response in all conditions. Each vehicle comes with 2 dedicated riding modes, tailored to different riding needs, and advanced assistance systems that enhance both safety and comfort on the road and off-road.

Exhaust System: The stainless steel exhaust system with dual muffler, Made in Italy by Arrow, is optimized through fluid dynamics analysis to maximize performance and power. The intake ducts, designed with CFD3D technology, ensure a uniform airflow, reduce turbulence, and minimize pressure losses. Innovation and precision for superior performance.
Cooling System: The Caballero 500 features an optimized cooling system, which improves the vehicle’s overall thermal exchange under all environmental conditions. The new oil cooler keeps the engine within its ideal temperature range, even during the toughest off-road challenges.
Tech Pack: The tech pack is top-level — unique in its segment. It includes an inertial platform for optimal stability and switchable cornering ABS, with both full-off and rear-off modes, perfect for those who seek the ultimate off-road riding pleasure.
Instrumentation: The Caballero 500 is equipped with a 3.5" LCD Bonded Interface. The adaptive backlighting and anti-glare screen ensure immediate readability in any lighting condition. The clear and intuitive interface allows for full control of the vehicle in all riding situations. The two riding modes ("Street" and "All Terrain") also allow the rider to adapt the bike to different road or off-road conditions.
Single-Beam Frame: The new steel monobeam frame of the Caballero 500 ensures superior riding precision and stability both on-road and off-road. The suspension package, with updated hydraulic tuning for the rear monoshock, also guarantees unmatched comfort and riding pleasure.
